Last week was a very special one, as we were celebrating FRIENDSHIP.
We discussed the qualities of our best friends and how we can be EVEN better friends!
We decided to let everyone know that we will extend our hand of friendship to them, if they need it. That is why we used our hands in this lesson. It is our symbol of being a truly good friend.
Our art lesson was all about the colour wheel and we discussed the difference between cool and warm colours. We then traced our hands and coloured the inside in either warm or cool colours and the outside in the other.We used chalk pastels to do this.
