We have been learning about solids, liquids and gases. We carried out some experiments and learned about their properties.
‘Dancing Raisins’
We added raisins to a glass of water and they just sank to the bottom. Then we decided to add them to a glass of 7 Up and they began to move around. The carbon dioxide gas in the 7 Up made them lighter and caused them to ‘dance’!
