Our Yogis

We do yoga in our class. 
Our teacher Miss Giblin does it with us. Yoga is all about strengthening muscles and improving our flexibility. In week 1 we learned this move called donkey. Donkey is where you put your hands and feet on the ground and kick one of your legs back. 

In week 2 we learned a move called up dog. In up dog you put your hands on the ground and your legs flat on the ground then you bend your back.

I've learned in yoga that it relaxes you.
Every week we say a different affirmation.
Example: Today i will be calm like a lake.
I like yoga because it relaxes our minds
after we have done work.
